So, the Fujifilm X Summit will take place soon, on September 2 at 9AM New York time.

FujiRumors has already leaked a list of gear to be announced, and, unless there are surprises, that should be it.

Fujifilm X-H2 Coming with New X-Trans Sensor: My Thoughts and Your Vote!

Thanks to our sources, we know it: the Fujifilm X-H2 will feature a new X-Trans sensor!

What we also know, is that the Fujifilm X-H2 will be Fujifilm’s first camera to feature a new sensor and processor.

So here is quickly what I think about it.

Now, both color filter arrays have their strengths and weaknesses. We have written about it more in detail here. In short we could sum it up like this:

  • Bayer Array: better for more features
  • X-Trans Array: better for image quality

Fujifilm X Summit Prime 2021 on September 2 at 9AM New York Time Officially Announced

The long rumored Fujifilm X Summit has now been officially announced by Fujifilm.

It will take place at 1PM (GMT). That means

  • 9AM New York Time
  • 3PM Berlin Time

Fujifilm LUT 1.20 Released

Fujifilm LUT 1.20 has been released.

  • F-Log_LUT_E_Ver.1.20.zip [5.47MB]
    *The LUT’s for our cameras have been revised to fix the issue that the live view would be off-color in case that the current LUT’s were applied with some of the external HDMI devices
    *Decompress the “F-Log_LUT_E_Ver.1.20.zip” file and launch “.cube” file from a movie editor.
