Size Comparisons

You can now compare the size of the Fujifilm X-T3o and Fujinon XF16mm f/2.8 to any other camera and lens available in the camerasize database.

At the current stage, camerasize does not allow you to attach any lens on the Fujifilm X-T30. So you have to select the Fujifilm X-T20 to attach the Fujinon XF16mm f/2.8 on it.

Above you can see a comparison of the Fujinon XF16mm f/2.8 (in the center) vs the XF35mm f/2, XF23mm f/2, XF16mm f/1.4 and my lovely XF27mm f/2.8.

Down below instead a camera body comparison between the Fujifilm X-T30, Sony A6400 and Canon EOS RP.

Adobe is Confused and Promotes Faster Tethering on Nikon Cameras with a Fujifilm X-T20 :)

There is a bit of confusion at Adobe, who, with the launch of Camera Raw 11.2, promotes faster tethering on Nikon cameras using a Fujifilm X-T20 :). Check it out here.

And speaking of PR that goes wrong, back in 2016 Nikon used the Fujifilm X100 on posters to promote the “Nikon heritage”.

Or maybe… is this just another sign that Fujifilm is acquiring Nikon? ;)

On a more serious note, the latest Adobe Camera RAW updated introduced a new “enhanced details” features, which also improves X-Trans file rendering. Huge feedback in the following three articles:

Fujifilm X-T30 vs Sony A6400, A6500 and vs Canon EOS RP, Nikon Z6, Sony A7iii

Fujifilm X-T30 – Fair vs Unfair Comparisons

The Fujifilm X-T30 has been announced yesterday, and hence it’s already time for comparisons… all kind of comparisons, fair and unfair ones ;).

We will compare the Fujifilm X-T30 to other APS-C cameras like the Sony A6400, Sony A6500, Fujifilm X-T3 and Fujifilm X-T20, and then compare it to full frame Canon EOS RP, Nikon Z6 and Sony A7iii.

BHphoto allows you to make your own specs comparisons. All you have to do is to search on BHphoto for a camera and check the box “add to compare” under the product on the search page. You can pick up to four cameras.

Click above to see the unfair comparison (compared to Full Frame), and below you find the fair one (compared to APS-C).
