I gave my 6yo my old 5d classic for our road trip last week. He took 1200 photos. I think I took almost as many of him with the camera up to his eye. #prouddaddy

I know its been taken a million times before but this was the first time last week for me with the GFX 50S and the amazing 32-64mm lens. Thanks to Paul Gallagher for the processing advise which has changed the way I process black and white images. Tunnel view of course at a snow free Yosemite.

Image one from my test shoot using a Profoto A1 and Sigma 135mm 1.8 on the GFX 50s. Super sharp but Ultra-thin DOF. Adapter used is the Techart Smart Adapter. It’s pretty spot on hence her lashes caught focus first.

Someone said on here that the little canon 40mm pancake couldn’t even resolve a 12mp sensor.
Looks pretty sharp to me and my previous kit was an a7r2 and loxia 21. Not as clinical as a loxia but pleasantly surprising how good this little $100 lens performs.
