LOL: Fujifilm Already Sells Fujifilm X-H2… Fixing Bugs with New Cameras Instead of Firmware Updates Like Sony? ;)

Share

As basically every new camera when it hits the market, also the Fujifilm X-H1 has some bugs.

Usually Fujifilm fixes these via firmware updates, which costs Fujifilm money to develop.

So it seems they are now going a smarter way, the Sony solution, and they simply kick out a successor immediatly, that fixes those bugs. :)

Obviously this is just a typo spotted by photographyblog. But since we are here already, let us know what you would like to see in a Fujifilm X-H2.

Back in late January, Fringer released the Canon EF to Fujifilm X smart adapter, which sold out within a few hours. They now expect new stock in late March / beginning of April.

But you can pre-order it at fringeradapter now, and the next batch will be delivere on a first comes first basis.

In the meantime, Fringer keeps up demonstrating the capabilities of its adapter.

This time we see how fast the autofocus is with the Sigma 150-600 on the Fujifilm X-T2. Looks really good with the new Firmware 1.40 :)

Kai’s Fujifilm X-H1 Review

Kai reviewed the Fujifilm X-H1. Here are some of his findings:

  • Fujifilm lied about IBIS wasn’t compatible with X mount ;)
  • always loves the Fujifilm colors
  • amazing shutter, super silent
  • better weather sealed than X-T2
  • X-H1 feels right in the hands, even with grip
  • a proper Pro camera
  • he loves the top Ink-screen
  • AF and eye/face AF is pretty good in video
  • video footage seriously good, solid amount of dynamic range
  • in low contrast and low light he experienced situations where video focus was really bad
  • focus sticks on your subject like glue in stills mode, quite a phenomenal camera
  • no zebra and not so responsive touch screen
  • tough choice between X-H1 and A7III
