Where is the pop-up flash? What are those thin rings under the big dials for? ISO dial or DRIVE Dial? Well, here are some first instructions on how to use the Fujifilm X-T10 ;)

– There is a pop-up flash. Do you see the trapezoid framed in red? That’s the part that pops-out when you enable flash.
– You enable the flash with a switch under the Drive Dial.
– There is a switch to enable Full Auto (scene recognition mode) under the Shutter Dial.
– Drive Dial (enable CH, CL, BKT, Panorama…)
– Two different kit options: X-T10 with XC 16-50 or XF 18-55.

Released: Iridient Developer 3.0.2!

Share

 photo irir_zpsup9tdhns.jpg

Brian just released the Iridient Developer 3.0.2 update! Nothing Fujifilm specific in this one, but Brian has made some nice improvements to the recent v3 noise reduction methods, now updated to v3.5, which can have a big impact with some forms of noise and high ISO images. The new noise reduction also allows for a little wider, stronger range of adjustment for those that like a smoother, lower noise appearance while still retaining good levels of detail and color fidelity.

Iridient Developer 3.0.2 can now be downloaded here:

and the full release notes for this version are available here:

Share

 photo firwar_zpsonmzqgtb.jpg

[UPDATE: You might remember, that Fuji took the tethereing plug-in off one month ago, becuase it was faulty. Now they have made it available again (ergo: fixed the bug). But it’s nothing for Mac users for now. Just for Windows users with HS-V5 (which is available in Japan, but not here). So this is relevant information for Japanese FR-readers… all the others, well, we now have to manage our frustration… again]

To everyone waiting for the big ver. 4.0 update: dont’ worry, it will come, but I’m working to find out the exact date. A new source said it will come on the 11th of May, but there can be delays. In any case, it should happen in the next weeks. Follow FujiRumors on facebook, google+, RSS-feed and twitter
