According to a Nissin distributer in the Netherlands (and to some more feedback I got from FR-readers), the firmware update for the Nissin i40 and Nissin i60 flashes is available now to enable HSS for Fujifilm cameras.

To get the update you will have to send in the units to them.

I waited to share the news, until it’s official on Nissin’s website, but now that a distributor asks customer to send in their Nissin gear for update, I recommend you to contact an official Nissin Service Center.

Firmware updates for the Nissin Air 1 and Nissin DI700 will be available in mid June.

I’ve already reported about the Firmware update for Fujifilm GFX, X-T2, X-Pro2, X-T20 and X-T1 earlier today first here on FujiRumors.

Well, Fujifilm also released the Firmware update for X100F. The firmware update Ver.1.01 from Ver.1.00 incorporates the following issues:

1. The phenomenon is fixed that ISO cannot be changed by the command dial when ISO is set to AUTO by Camera Remote via WiFi connection to a smartphone or a tablet.
2. When a camera turns on in MF mode, the focus position comes to the original position where a camera turned off.
3. The phenomenon is fixed that in MF mode, a focus can shift in a specified condition (ex. repeated CL shooting).
4. Improvement of operability for the command dials.

FUJIFILM Releases Firmware Updates for X-T2, X-Pro2, GFX 50S, X-T20 and X-T1 + Fuji Software Updates

Adobe just released Lightroom CC 2015.10.1 (or 6.10.1 for the standalone version) and Camera Raw 9.10.1.

There are bug fixes relevant for Fujifilm shooters:

• Fixed issue causing color cast on images from some Fujifilm X series cameras shot in CH/CL modes.
• Fixed issue where images taken on the Fujifilm GFX 50s with top 3 extended ISOs appear over exposed.

I don’t have the time to test it right now, but I’ll do it as soon as I can. Anyway, it looks like it really works… I was completely unaware of this “feature”.
