Top Selling Gear in November: Neewer 35mm f/1.2 beats Fujinon XF, Fujifilm X-T3 Claims its Throne Again, Capture One Above all Else

Share

TOP 3 SELLING…

Here is the best selling gear on FujiRumors for November.

Top Accessories

Top Fujifilm Series Cameras

With the Fujifilm X-H1 now widely discontinued, and the X-Pro3 buzz slowly settling down, the Fujifilm X-T3 claims back its throne as the best selling camera.

Top Fujinon X Lenses

The launch of the exclusive X-T3 with 16-80mm bundle with the addition of a special rebate has boosted the 16-80 at the top of the ranking, closely followed by the discounted XF16-55mm f/2.8 and the also discounted XF90mm f/2.

Top Fujifilm GFX Gear

All Fujinon GF lenses (except for GF50mm f/3.5) are now heavily discounted. See the full list of discounted GF lenses here.

Top X Mount Third Party Lenses

The Neewer 35mm F1.2 becomes the most sold lens overall (even better than Fujinon lenses), thanks to a further price reduction that now makes it ridiculously cheap.

The evergreen Samyang 12mm f/2 makes it back in the list.

Top Software

  1. Capture One Pro
  2. Adobe Creative Cloud
  3. Luminar 4

Capture One Pro remains unbeatable, but Adobe Creative Cloud saw a nice revival here on FujiRumors, probably thanks to the black friday sale.

Phase One has released Capture One 20.

Fujifilm Displays XF 50mm f/1.0 as “Coming Soon” at London’s House of Photography

Share

You know what’s a really cool thing of being part of the FujiRumors community?

That you guys are my eyes and ears all over the world :).

So it happens that, even though I can not visit the brand new Fujifilm “House of Photography” in London, fellow FR-readers keep me updated, and let me know about their experience. Hence, a little bit, it feels like you allow me to be there with you, too. :)

Today it’s Marc, who sent me a lovely tidbit from inside the “House of Photography“: images of the Fujinon XF 50mm f/1.0, which Fujifilm marks as “coming soon“.

That lens can’t come soon enough!

Other than that, I hear just great things about the “House of Photography”, which also hosts the famous Markus Klinko exhibtion about David Bowie.

So if you are one of the lucky FR-readers living in London or around, definitely go there as soon as you can.

And don’t forget… whatever you hear and see… you are my eyes and ears… ;)

ProGrade Digital denies Any CFexpress Compatible Fujifilm Camera Coming mid-late December

Share

Fujifilm CFexpress

Two days ago we reported, that Prograde Digital was sending out emails to customers, saying that a CFexpress compatible Fujifilm camera would be released within the end of the year.

Now a FR-reader told us in the comments here, that Prograde Digital replied to DYIphotography.

This was an error in an email that went out to customers as an auto-confirmation of their order; FujiFilm was listed instead of Panasonic. ProGrade Digital would never “pre-announce” another company’s product. This order confirmation email simply referenced public information about previously announced cameras from device manufacturers so that customers are aware that the cards will ship when cameras are in the market that can accept the CFexpress cards. Again, FujiFilm was listed in error and we regret any confusion that this caused.

– Mark Lewis, ProGrade Digital, Co-founder and VP of Marketing

If you have read our previous article, I clearly told you, that I was not expecting any new Fujifilm camera this year, hence you should have taken this information with a grain of salt anyway.

Anyway, I grab the occasion to ask you, if you think Fujifilm should use CFexpress cards in future.

But before you answer, you might want to know more about the brand new CFexpress cards, check out this overview article here.

Should Fujifilm use CFexpress cards in future high end camera models?
