When we broke the news, that the Fujifilm X-T10 has been discontinued, many started speculating, that its successor, the Fujifilm X-T20, will come soon, probably already at Photokina.
But I have to tell you, that, according to a trusted source, there won’t be any Fujifilm X-T20 at Photokina, and not even in 2016. The Fujifilm X-T20 is currently scheduled for 2017.
I don’t know if, just like the Fujifilm X100F, the Fuji X-T20 has been postponed due to the Kumamoto earthquake that damaged the sensor factory.

The investment in the Instax World continues… and that’s no surprise, since this is where Fujifilm makes most of its money in the imaging division. So, after the recently announced monochrome Instax film, Fujifilm has one more interesting addition in the pipeline: a new Instax Square Film!
The Instax Square Film will be announced at Photokina (or better, on the 19th, at the press conference before Photokina)

Metz just released the full information about their new Fuji compatible Metz Mecablitz M400 here. As reported here, it supports HSS and TTL.
Here is an information, X-T1 owners should be aware of before buying the EF-X500. Asked by X-shooter Alexander, the Fuji Guys answered in the comments to this video:
“Wireless TTL control is not possible with the X-T1. As we understand it, the processor of the X-T1 can not handle the necessary processing, and therefor there will not be a firmware update to enable wireless TTL on the X-T1.”
I remind you that the launch of the EF-X500 has just been postponed again to mid-November.
