Fujifilm wins “iF Design Awards” for 10 Products and FUJIFILM GFX100 awarded with highest ranked “iF Gold Award”

Now, I do not know if the iF design award works the same like TIPA, EISA and others, but I would not be surprised if it would.

With that said, the iF Design Awards have been assigned, and Fujifilm wins with 10 products (last year they won 20 awards):

Fujifilm wins the internationally prestigious “iF Design Awards” for 10 products
“FUJIFILM GFX100” mirrorless digital camera is awarded the highest ranked “iF Gold Award”

Recognized for design excellence, advanced performance and superior operability

Tokyo, February 20, 2020 — FUJIFILM Corporation (President: Kenji Sukeno) is proud to announce that it has been awarded the iF Design Award 2020, sponsored by the iF International Forum Design (Hannover, Germany), for 10 of its products including mirrorless digital cameras, broadcast lenses and cinema lens. Among them is the “FUJIFILM GFX100” mirrorless digital camera, equipped with a sensor boasting the world’s highest* 102-megapixel resolution, which has won the highest honor, iF Gold Award 2020.
The latest achievements reflect recognition of Fujifilm products’ design excellence as well as their advanced performance and exceptional operability.

The iF Design Award is a prestigious international design award launched in 1953, and is considered one of the top three global design awards, alongside Germany’s “Red Dot Design Award” and the United States’ “the International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA)”. This year, there were 7,298 entries from 56 countries and regions around the world.

In developing a wide range of products and services, Fujifilm not only pursues functionality and performance, but also strives to develop designs that bring out the best of the advanced functionality and performance.
