Get Rumors in a Different Way: Join 10,000 YouTube Subscribers and Where do We go From Here?
Talking rumors is nice and good.
But taking pictures is even better.
That’s why, despite having a busy life like all of you, with a family to take care of and a day job that claims lots of my time, I’ve tried, for as much as possible, to bring you rumors from outdoors when I am out with my Fujifilm gear.
So you could see:
- peaceful sunrises from dispersed mountain huts in the Dolomites (Reala rumor)
- mind blowing views from epic peaks in the Dolomites (next XF lens rumor)
- the enchanting Mediterranean sea town of Tropea (X summit date rumor)
- the colorful flowering of the highlands of Castelluccio in Umbria (GFX100II rumor)
- one of the most epic (and photographed) Dolomites backdrops your eyes can see (X100V successor rumor)
- a mountain hut in the Dolomites of unreal beauty” (X Summit announcement)
- hidden gems in the mountains where you can escape mass tourism (GFX100II price)
- Dolomite peaks covered in snow (2024 camera announcements)
- little lakes of infinite beauty nestled between impressive Dolomite peaks (X summit forecasts)
- a tour through my hometown and a view into my little rented apartment
- and much more
I will be honest: running this YouTube channel the way I like to do it is very time consuming (filming at home would be much faster and cost efficient). But I either run things the way I like it, or I don’t run them.
This is why I would like to try to keep it up. And having reached 10,000 followers certainly is something I am happy about. And not because I am making a whole lot of money out of it (unless you consider $800 before taxes in 8 months of work a great salary – see the stats here).
I am happy about it, simply because it brings me joy to share the beauty of my country, Italy, to as many fellow Fujifilm X shooters as possible.
But while 10,000 is a respectable number, it would be easier to justify the time, effort and money I put into the YouTube channel if the number of followers would go up significantly.
That’s why, if you haven’t done it yet, feel free to join my YouTube channel here. Your subscription would be an important step to keep me motivated and going on with the channel. What I can promise you is this:
- no brainless spam to please the YouTube algorithm
- I’ll share only the most relevant Fujifilm news and rumors (and rarely some thoughts of mine)
And to be clear and honest: FujiRumors, the blog, will be the place where you will always find every rumor. It’s just on YouTube you will get them from around my home (if my time allows for it).
However, on the FujiRumors blog you will just find much more content, such as reviews, debates, surveys, deals and what not. I usually publish 800 to 1,000 articles a year.
That’s why I also warmly recommend you to subscribe our newsletter, where once a week (of even less often) you’ll get a recap of the most relevant things that happened in the Fujifilm world.
So guys, thanks a lot for sticking around with me during this Fujifilm journey.
I wish you to stay happy, healthy and strong.
