Back in September Viltrox launched the Viltrox AF 9mm f/2.8 Air for APS-C.

So far it enjoys fantastic reviews:

We all expected it to be launched also for Fujifilm X mount, but sadly that did not happen.

But now there is a sign of hope.

Viltrox has said on their social media the following:

The AF 9mm f/2.8 for X mount is currently being tested by our team. If everything goes smoothly, it should be ready for release soon, stay tuned!
