We have received additional specs about the upcoming Sigma 17-40mm f/1.8 DC ART lens, which we remind you will be announced on June 17 along with the Sigma 12mmF1.4 as reported here.

The specs come from an anonymous source and no nickname has been shared in the message, but the way it was written I think it could come from the same anonymous source (with nickname), who shared the specs yesterday (and that source is accurate).

I share the rumor because I think it is the same source. But if that’s not the case, then I just published totally unverified rumor without any check from trusted sources. If that’s the case, take everything below with a grain of salt.
