Fuji Japan announces the new X100s and X20 release info.

Fuji Japan (translation here) announced that they delayed the official X100s and X20 camera release from February 16th to  February 23th. Not really a big delay. It’s is interesting to hear that Fuji said that the cause fo the delay is the unexpected high demand for both cameras. Good news for Fuji :)

  • Preordered mine at a retailer in Canada. Was give March 15th as the estimated delivery date. Hopefully that’s pretty accurate.

    • Sorry, should have specified: X100S.

  • Amazon Uk had 19 Feb when I ordered X100s

  • Amazon UK does not ship to other European countries … when will the X100S be available for us?

  • Fuji, bring a X100s black edition and you will have some more orders!! :-)

  • Any real source to preorder option in the EU other then Amazon UK?

  • So its going to be available in the Feb for all countries or just Japan?

  • The release is staggered on different dates in different countries. This press release is only about the dates in Japan.

  • Put the X Trans II CMOS sensor in the X E1 and X Pro 1 and you’ll get still more orders

  • I wonder if X20 RAW will be supported by OS X?
