The long teased SG-image AF 25mm f/1.8 will be launched tomorrow according to mirrorlessurmors.

  • 32mm long
  • close focus 0.3 meters
  • 145 gram weight

It will be SG-image’s second AF lens for Fujfilm X mount after the SG-image AF 55mm f/1.8.

Silver Fujinon XF50mmF2 and XF23mmF2 Discontinued

We told you back in April that the following two lenses are going to be discontinued.

Well, now the silver XF23mmF2 is discontinued at BHphoto and in closeout sale at Adorama, while the silver Fujinon XF50mm F2 R WR silver is discontinued in Japan as reported by asobinet.

The silver XF50mmF2 can still be found for example at BHphoto here.

Also already discontinued: the Fujinon XF16mm f/2.8 R WR silver and the Fujinon XC50-230mm f/4.5-6.7 OIS II silver

Fujifilm X App 2.4.0 Released

Fujifilm has updated the X App software to version 2.4.0 for iOS. Down below are all the details.

What’s New?

  1. A new feature is added to guide you to the appropriate application when you try to connect a camera that is not compatible with the “FUJIFILM XApp”.
  2. A display is added to introduce the RAW file converting application during RAW image transfer.
  3. Some minor application bugs are fixed.
