Extented: XF Lens deals expire April 5th (save up to $1,400) + Black X100S $229 off!

 photo bh_zps593ba372.jpg

Good news! I’ve noticed that US-stores now mark the end of the awesome XF lens deals at April 5th (previously March 22).

The US XF lens deals are truly attractive also for EU-citizens who can save hundreds of Euro if they order them from USA. German FR-reader Oleg for example bought the 27mm for €223 at BHphoto (taxes and shipping included!). Below there is quick guide how to order from Europe.

X-shooters located in the USA can save up to $1,400!

EU-ORDERS: FR-reader Luzu (BHphoto): “Choose UPS for international delivery, their option “UPS Super Saver” for around 45$ is the cheapest anyways. If you “pay on delivery”, UPS will handle all the customs work for you and deliver the item home to you where you pay the customs costs directly to the mailman. No going to customs office needed! Declaration of the deliveries from B&H is made very professionally by them and UPS, so I guess German customs are seldom stopping them. I already ordered two lenses this way (the 27mm and the 55-200mm) without problems! Btw.: The delivery is by plane and super fast!

TODAY ONLY: the Adorama Coupon counterattack: save $75 on the the X-T1, X-E2, X100S (+4% reward)

 photo adorama_zpsd9fa92c1.jpg

AmazonUS started the coupon-rebate yesterday here, and now we have Adorama’s counterattack:

You can save, today only, $75 on selected Fuji cameras, including the X-T1 and $100 on Olympus E-M1.

And not only it will expire today as the AmazonUS coupon… you also have to use the same promotional code (K77B9SDB)! I asked Adorama if they really use the same code as AmazonUS and they confirmed it.

So use K77B9SDB at checkout and save additional $75 on selected Fuji cameras with additional 4% reward at Adorama on the following cameras (you won’t see the savings in the search page… it has to be applied at checkout):

Fuji X-T1 (kit and body)
Fuji X-E2 (silver kit version)
Fuji X100S (silver and black)
Olympus OM-D E-M1

If you use the coupon to purchase the X-E2, you’ll get it with $175 price drop, as it is currently already $100 off until April 5th.

Here is the list of AmazonUS products where you can apply the same promotional code K77B9SDB at checkout.

[UPDATE: CONTEST IS CLOSED]

Hi Patrick,

I am excited to announce partnership between fujirumors.com and ting.com that will see one of your readers get free Fuji X-T1!!!

Ting.com is a company that offers fair priced mobile service in USA with stellar customer support. We have over 50000 accounts with over 80000 devices in US. People love us. But, words are cheap, I trust your readers will do a bit of a search themselves if interested. Maybe start with Googling “ting service reviews”? I also hope that some of your readers have already discovered our service, and can say couple of nice words :)

Let me explain how this offer came into being. I am Fuji-lover for many reasons. One of the most important ones is Fuji’s support of existing customer base. Their constant firmware improvements are legendary; best demonstrated with significant upgrade of one deprecated camera (X100). No other camera company is doing stuff like that.  And it’s this kind of ethics that remind me of the place where I work, and why I work there. And it’s this connection that made me want to bridge hobby and work, and steal peace of marketing budget for Fuji guys :) I’m engineer, but I got VP of marketing to buy me a new X-T1 for giveaway :) And who knows, maybe we can do more in the future…

Rules are simple: if you live in US* and are interested to be entered in the draw, you should visit our savings calculator page on https://ting.com/calculator, and then post in the comments of this post your results. That’s all, no need to buy anything, or any other financial commitment. Please don’t use anonymous account if you’re hopping to get drawn! We will go through all the comments and draw a winner. This contest will stay open for about a week.

Oh, and BTW, if you actually like what you see and want to sign-up, please use link: fujirumors.ting.com. That will save you $25 and also earn a small commission for Patrick to help him continue doing great work with fujirumors.

Cheers,
Z. (Zhelko Dimic)
Director Of Engineering
Tucows/OpenSRS/Ting

* We’re really, really sorry, but Ting operates only in the US

Patrick: please use a valid email adress in the comments contact form. That will allow me to contact the winner. And now feel free to:

1) calculate your savings with the ting calculator. 2) Once you’ve calculated it, post a comment on Fujirumors with your results… And that’s it! You already have the chance to win the X-T1. 3) if you like what you see, join ting.com and save $25 by using the following link: fujirumors.ting.com

The contest ends this Friday (March 14th, 2014) at 2PM New York time. I’ll announce the winner here on FR on Monday.

Spread the word via facebook, google+ and twitter… and good luck!

cheers
Patrick
