X lens firmware update coming on October 25th!
I just got the news that Fuji is about to release the upgraded firmware of the three XF18mm, XF35mm and XF60mm lenses on 25 Oct 2012. This update will improve the accuracy of auto focus function when you push “AE-L/AF-L” button in the Manual Focus mode.
Great news for all current lens owners!

8 months ago |They need to add Focus Peaking for the many who use manual focus legacy lenses (there are many) especially since their lens lineup is not complete and many have opted for legacy telephotos and macro lenses.. as well as some very good manual focus primes which can be had for next to nothing.
The magnification option is a big help but Focus Peaking would be icing on the cake.

8 months ago |I am loving fuji’s commitment to their products. I’m moving out of M4/3 and into fuji x. Why? 1) Love the product (designed to be used manually) 2) love the transparency of their leans road map (I am confident about what is coming 3) love their commitment to customers (serious upgrades instead of trying to make you buy new camera all the time).
