She said :
“The finger loop is made in genuine ostrich leather, for holding the
camera with the 3rd and 4th finger.
We are at Photokina now, and we will update our website

Something similar is made by Leicagoodies and Gariz. Besides that there’re many DIY projects though. Doesn’t seem too difficult to make.

Perhaps SLRmagic will give one for free with every lens sold
