9 months ago |If there is going to be no actual X200 and this is what is set to replace it, I’m going to go with a used X100. I really need an optical viewfinder, and even if the X-E1 is priced sub-$1000, you still need a lens (which is probably another $500-700). So please Fuji, give us a real X200.

i think its more like a mix of the x pro 1 and the x100, its seems to be notable smaller than the pro1 …

9 months ago |Something does not look quite right, the back view of the camera shows a OVF, but the front image does not show any kind of viewfinder….that’s odd…

by the way this camera looks really appealing, just put a decent AF on it and will be no more excuses for great pictures!

9 months ago |this has my interest AND my amex is waiting on either an olympus OMD E5 kit or whatever this turns out to be. Last- I really wanted to buy an xpro1 which can be very nice as is but for $1700 and its AF issues that would not be a sound move unless FF does some firmware releases. Lets move up Photokina so I can get a new box + glass……. good luck to all

9 months ago |I prefer the sloped top plate of the X Pro 1 vs. the straight line of this.
Fingers crossed this faster AF comes in the form of firmware…I feel like that has to be the case since A) Same sensor, same contrast detection AF. B) Half the equation of AF is in the lens sooooo

9 months ago |The popup flash maybe functional due to the added height, but aesthetically it is just ugly! I am surprised the fuji would choose this design like many other lines.

9 months ago |here is what i heard: X-Pro 1 Firmware update, Sept 5th.
Key features:
1. In low-light condition, the X-Pro1 will be much faster in Auto Focus mode; /
2. The speed of the image coming into focus when turning the focus ring has been vastly improved; and /
3. At maximum speed the X-Pro1 can now write to SD memory card twice as fast as before.

9 months ago |Wonder if the lcd will be a WYSWYG like most compacts? That’s my only complaint about the x100, the lcd does not show the exposure in manual mode.
