Rico,

Your writing is the best out there about the heart and soul of Fujifilm X-Pro1.
I also vote for EXR business and want more to learn.

I, personally, focus to use other brand name lenses on my X-Pro1 with adapters for having interest in bokeh and macro images. Hoping soon the X100′s “Digital Split Image” features and “Focus Peak Highlight” function could be added in the next firmware?

As I have just started setting up and learning my new XE-1 with zoom lens, I really appreciate Rico’s tutes, and plan to buy his book too. Just what new users need and more important to me that the rumors.

Thats a nice explanation. I know the efforts behind such a website and appreciate it. My previous comment was quick and more superficial than the admin would have deserved. The site is great anyways. It’s only that the change in presenting things slowed the klick-klick for rumors down. And I don’t own a Fuji yet, so tutorials will be an issue for me later. Thanks!

There are the 4 main sections at the top of my site: News-Reviews-Rumors-Deals (and Home). Click on them to filter the articles. And then there is a box at the right, where you can read all the articles of Rico. To check rumors, it’s just one click, and you see them all.

Now, in addition to the 4 sections, there is a fifth, “X-pert corner”. It’s a welcome addition. And what concerns the rumors, you have to be patient. You don’t know the work that is behind every rumor. I have to be very patient and careful. As I wrote before, I can’t create rumors just for more clicks on my websites. When trusted sources (or possible new sources) will tell me rumors, be sure I’ll share them.

Now, that’s all. I strongly believe in this new column. There are many people reading it with their X-camera in the hands and immediatly try out Rico’s tips. That’s great.

dave, I’ve always appreciated you comments. And also this critic. It’s an invitation to improve the interface of my site. I think it’s ok so, but there is always something to improve. I’ll put my best also into this. If you have concrete suggestions, write me an email.
