Aperture 3 update: still no X-Trans support + Number 1! Fuji X-E1 best seller
At the top!
Fuji X-E1 is the best sold CSC at AmazonUS right now (click here to see). I thought to share this good news with you! It’s good for Fuji and maybe also for X-series photographers waiting for Adobe and Apple to support the X-Trans files properly. Apple has just issued Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update 4.02, adding support for 8 cameras to Aperture 3 and iPhoto ’11. Nothing again for Fuji’s X-Trans sensor. Click here to see the post at dpreview or here to see all the supported cameras. And Adobe support… well, you know. Just look at previous posts on FR like this one!
Now that the sales of Fuji X-E1 are very high, Adobe and Apple will hopefully work faster in developing the X-TRANS support for their products.

6 months ago |So what does this mean for the FUJI PRO 1? Is this going to obtain updated firmware to tweek it’s fabulous performance as a start or will FUJI abandon their attempt at high end?

6 months ago |I would order this camera today if there was proper software for its sensor – great camera and really great lenses, but image quality crippled. That isn’t Photoshop’s fault it is Fuji’s, and until they fix it, no sale.
