Just watch what the Lady says at minute 3:45. She says that Fuji will release a 14mm with f/1.4 aperture. Guess it’s a mistake ;)

Fuji officially said that there will be nine lenses. We got the specs from seven of them!
These are the lenses coming in 2012:
-14mm f/2.8
– 18-72mm f/4.0 with IS (Image stabilization).
Thess are the lenses coming in 2013
– 28mm f/2.8 pancake
– 23mm f/2.0
– 72-200mm f/4.0 IS
– 12-24mm f/4.0 IS
While the initial price for the X-PRO-1 body was rumored to be around 1.200-1400 pounds in UK (Source: AP) there is indeed a small surprise! The pricing is lower according to the Fuji UK manager that has been interviewed by Whatdigitalcamera (watch the last part of the video on top). It’s around 1.000 pounds for the body only and 400 pounds for the lenses. Yesterday Expansys UK was accepting pre orders for the X PRO 1 with 35mm lens at around 1.400 pounds but it was just a mistake :(

What drives someone like me to open a new website is passion. And in times like that it’s hard to find companies bringing some REAL innovation. In a digital world dominated by Canon and Nikon there is not a lot of room for new ideas. And I am also a passionate analogue film photographer, and when it comes to talk about the future of film you really have to struggle to see some news. With the recent announcement of the X PRO 1 Fuji has proved one more time that they are willing to take risks, to try new ways of thinking innovation. And this simply attracts my childish curiosity. I want to know more about their plans in both worlds, digital and analogue. I want a website where I can follow their daily news, suggest my ideas, discuss with Fuji friends. That’s why I started this little blog. It should make it easier for all current X camera owners, like me, to have daily news tips and rumors about their Fuji stuff.
I am here, ready to tell you new Fuji stories!
